Reliability Inspections

A documented condition assessment of your full compressed air system. Built to catch the small problems that turn into big ones. Scheduled around your run hours, delivered with a prioritized action plan.

What's covered

A KAM reliability inspection is a complete visual, mechanical, and performance check on your compressed air system. We measure operating pressure, temperature, oil quality, vibration, and air losses across the system. We document everything, flag what needs attention, and give you a prioritized list of what to fix now, what can wait, and what's costing you energy.

This isn't a checklist someone runs through to fill the time. It's the same inspection process we use on our own service customers' equipment, refined over years of finding the small problems that turn into big ones across manufacturing, food production, and heavy industrial facilities throughout Utah and into Nevada's mining corridor.

Most facilities benefit from quarterly or semi-annual inspections, depending on run hours and how critical the system is to production. We'll recommend a cadence after the first one, and we'll never sell you more than your operation actually needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What customers ask before they schedule.

Don't see your question answered? Call us at (801) 200-3050 or send a quick note. We're happy to talk through specifics.

How often should I schedule an inspection?

Most facilities benefit from quarterly or semi-annual inspections depending on run hours and how critical the system is. We'll recommend a cadence after the first one.

Do you inspect equipment we didn't install?

Yes. We service most major brands of industrial compressed air equipment regardless of where you bought it.

Will the inspection interrupt production?

Most inspections happen with the system running. If we need to take anything offline, we plan it around your schedule.

How long does an inspection take?

Two to four hours on-site for most systems. Larger multi-compressor facilities can run longer.

Ready to get ahead of the next breakdown?

Schedule an inspection or talk to a local specialist about a custom service plan for your facility.
