Air Quality Testing & Verification

Some facilities require certified clean compressed air. Food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, aerospace fabrication, breathing air. We coordinate ISO 8573 sampling and lab analysis to keep you compliant and audit-ready.

What's covered

If your facility uses compressed air in contact with product, packaging, or breathing equipment, you need to know what's in that air. KAM coordinates ISO 8573-compliant air quality testing and verification for industrial facilities across Utah and the Intermountain West. We work with Trace Analytics, the industry-standard lab for compressed air testing, to deliver fully documented results that hold up to FDA, USDA, and OSHA scrutiny.

Testing covers particulates, water content, oil aerosol, oil vapor, and microbial contamination, plus NFPA verification, breathing air testing, and microbial analysis as needed. Sampling is done on-site by KAM, samples are shipped to the Trace Analytics lab, and you receive a documented report typically within two weeks.

This service is required for many regulated industries and recommended for any facility where air quality affects product, safety, or compliance.

Who needs ISO 8573 testing?

Food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, aerospace facilities, breathing air systems, and any facility where air contacts product or people.

How long does it take to get results?

Sampling takes a few hours on-site. Lab results are typically available within two weeks.
